An affordable alternative to Grand Seiko
This watch is commonly referred to as the Baby Snowflake, in reference to the Grand Seiko. The case and bracelet are almost identical with only minor differences in size and the GS gets a little more love and time on the Zeratsu machines. The watch is beautiful and sparkles in the light due to the mirror polished details. Sitting in the watch box with other Sub-1k watches from brands like Zelos and Baltic, it really stands head and shoulders above in design and finish. I think it's really good value for money, especially now that you can get them under $1 grand.

Spectacular watch - mesmerizing dial.
Fantastic watch!! Every resource that I used to research this Seiko beauty was spot on!! The dial is spectacular ... simply magnificent!! Great looking piece
When I first opened it indoors I was slightly underwhelmed. It was evening and the lighting in the room I was in was not great. Also even though I knew it would be light weight I was surprised by just how light it felt. After wearing it for a little while now in various environments and lighting conditions I can say that this is a watch I love more every day. The dial is incredibly dynamic always revealing new qualities. This is watch you want to keep looking at. The light weight makes it very comfortable to wear. Comfortable, beautiful, with nice specs
Pretty hard to find things to complain about with this watch. The style is incredible, the comfort is by far the best I've had on my wrist. The claps has extra shaping for comfort whether you have it tight or loose. Which is nice since you can only resize adding full or half links. The whole watch is so light you could wear it 24/7 and forget it's even there. But it still has 10 bar WR so it should be good for even some light swimming. Though I'd never risk it myself without a screwdown crown. The biggest potential complaint is the 6r15d movement. While this has a reasonable reputation, it's still a bit of a workhorse movement. Accuracy can be tuned to within -+5 seconds a day and it should hold that for months from my experience with the Aplinist. But it would be nice to have a 6r27 high beat rate or 6r35 high power reserve. Overall, there isn't much to complain about. Finding a titanium watch is a solid movement, great style, specs and comfort for this price is incredibly hard to do. Pretty perfect

A "CLASSIC" !!
