this is a good machine and I get great therapeutic value from it
this was tricky to assemble and tedious to adjust correctly
I had to figure out a few things to learn how to get the most therapeutic value from it
to get the best fit keep your knees apart as you kneel in it,
the closer together you put your knees the less decompression you get
also keep your hands on the handles as you stretch out
otherwise the machine cramps on your armpits and shoulders
also this is not the maching for you if you have bad knees or trouble kneeling ,getting down on the floor or getting back off the floor
If you have bad knees there are similar machines that you stand in rather than kneel
I needed help with compressed disks in my lower back causing pain down my right leg. Difficult walking. Wasn't ready to spend $4k with chiropractor not covered by insurance. Tried this and love it. Have used it for 2 months and able to walk again. Well worth it.
Just arrived and put together. Definitely feel the lumber stretch. Need more time to see if it will have long lasting effects but for now it sure stretches the low back well.
