Well stocked in I/O, lacking good fan control software. Overall good board.
Stable board, capable of driving a stock i7 7700k (my previous Gigabyte H110n board was incapable of doing that!). Has S/PDIF, which saves me the cost of an adapter board. I don't have any USB-c devices (nor Thunderbolt 3 for that matter), but the presence of a Thunderbolt 3 port is welcome.
Board layout seems okay, with most things easily accessible, VRMs stay under 60C in my cramped mITX box (NCASE M1; VRM overheating is why the H110n board was incapable of powering a stock 7700k).
Overall, my only real complaint is the ASRock fan control tools in Windows are lacking (not at all present), especially compared to the basic Gigabyte board (the H110n). It's hard to get a good impression of what the actual fan response is, since it takes a full reboot to implement any changes in the fan curve. That being said, it seems the default fan control settings are good enough. Not too loud and it keeps the CPU under 70C.
