Great gel
This gel is great best pain relief gel ever I suffer badly with neck,shoulder pain plus a bad knee I'm on meds but days I need that something else and this is by far the best pain relief gel I've tried as long time

Non greasy easily absorbed into skin
Very warming almost hot/burning after applying for the first few minutes must be the cayenne pepper extract. No instructions for amount to use but definitely only need small amount each application.

Brilliant stuff
This is one of the few gels which really helps my severe neck pain. With good massaging it gets very hot, lovely feeling. You do have to be careful that you don’t burn your skin! I’ll definitely continue to use.

Pernaton red gel
I have been using it for years and it takes the edge of the pain, I have Fibromyalgia, RA ,OA and borderline Lupus.

Miraculous and fast working product
I had suffered two weeks of muscle pain across neck and shoulder. I instantly felt relief after two applications and five days later completely better. Highly recommend this product.
