Get promising results!

Sealed product, but empty tube of serum
Product was delivered sealed, but once I opened the product the tube of serum is empty...NO PRODUCT!!! Not a happy customer. I have purchased this product from Ulta, and have been using this product for a few years with amazing results. Normal Eyebrows Again
I think I have reviewed this before, but it really does work. I am afraid to not use it it, as from too much plucking, when young. My eyebrows became freakishly thin. as I grew older and they become naturally thinner.I saw results very fast too.I look like I have eyebrows again. Are they as think as before I ever plucked? Good so far
