Very disappointed. Nice if you like to taste your lip balm, reapply often and want a tingling sensation though.
Very disappointed as I am familiar with their hand and feet creams. Have tried most of the named brands over the years. I usually use cococare coco butter lip balm which have been using for over 20 years which gives long immediate relief to the point I can go days without using it and with no funny after effects but cannot find at the moment due to 'shipping issues' This product as you put it on has a greasy feeling you have to wipe away, I don't like lip balms I can taste. You immediately feel a slight burning/ tingly sensation so would not use on severely chapped lips. It feels as though it is sitting on the lips and not being absorbed and gives a very short term relief before feeling dry again but due to the tingling would not want to be reapplying too often.

Fab Product!!
I bought this after other well known brands were not helping. I had been in hospital for a week & my lips were dry, sore & cracked. After day 2 I noticed a significant improvement. This is fab & I'd recommend it. In fact I bought a few more on day 3 for myself & family :-)

New fave
Bought this after suffering with extremely chapped lips and it has worked perfectly! The formula is quite solid but goes on really smooth and doesn't look or feel greasy. I hadn't realised O'Keeffe's also did a lip balm, I have used the working hands cream in the past and been pleased with that aswell. Definitely worth buying, just a shame you can't buy it in shops in the UK.

Best lip balm I have ever bought
Well it's more than just a balm I would say. I suffered from perpetually dry, uncomfortable, flaking, peeling lips for years and years, and believe me I've tried everything on the market to solve the problem, have paid over £20 for some lip treatment creams with no result, but this really does work. I am so relieved that finally I've come across this product. One of the benefits is the staying power that it has, remains on the lips even when you're eating/drinking etc.. yet it's not annoyingly thick and uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this and such a good price too.

Excellent lip repair!
I cannot fault this product. I had a very sore deep split bleeding lip for over 2 months and no other product made any difference including a prescribed cream from the doctors. I decided to give this a go, I'm so glad I did. I applied the balm in the morning and it lasted almost all day and my lip was completely healed within 5 days. My lips have never felt so good.

Healed open tears quickly ...
Handy in easy to use stick. Easy to apply, glides on thinly so can layer as much as is needed. With several applications over a few days, the lip repair stick healed open tears at the corner of my lips. Would definitely recommend OKeeffes Lip Repair Stick for cracked and chapped lips, and daily use. Excellent value too!

The best for chronic dry lips!
I have tried over 30 different other lip balms and this is now my staple. This is the only product that actually works without leaving that icky fine white line of residue I have to keep constantly wiping off with a tissue. Great value for money too.

Long lasting
Bit disappointed when I first applied the lip balm as it sort of crumbled away slightly ..I did think it might have been a faulty stick but after a few more applications it was OK. I like the texture and as other reviews have stated the moisturising effect lasts a long time. I certainly haven't had to reapply it as often as I have done with all the other balm sticks I've tried. Would definitely buy again.

Dissapointed
No difference made to my lips. Suffer with dry cracked lips and was hoping that this would work as I've tried everything you can think of but am very dissapointed as it doesn't last long on lips and has a very matt feel which isn't great leaving lips looking dehydrated and slightly white/pale. The search continues for me unfortunately.

Disappointed
I've been using this lip balm for a few weeks now, applied it numerous times in one day as I had dry & cracked lips. Haven't noticed any improvement in fact it has made my lips worse (very cracked & sore lips) wouldn't bother using this again especially as it is quite pricey compared to other lip balms.
