Once a microsoft mail account is created ready to use
Once a new mail account has been created and authorised by Microsoft. I t was quite easy to download and install. It was easier than other versions of Office that I have installed. If your patient and can wait for Microsoft to get itself into gear. It was plain sailing. Great e-buyer and a fantastic price

Easy to install
I received the product by email and had no trouble downloading it onto my computer. Then I also received the key code by post which I thought was unnecessary as I had already followed the instructions and was using Microsoft Office 2016. Works well.

Easy To Use Once Installed
The software itself takes a while to download and install. However, whilst it looks different to my last MS Office product (2013). It's easy to navigate round and use.

Best investment in technology!
I have no words to praise this product enough! I have accidentally deleted my entire Microsoft Office and the cheapest one I could find was 25.50 pounds. Then I found this one here! Best choice ever! I use Word and Publisher quite often, so I was amazed to find the whole package so cheap! The product key came within about an hour after I purchased it and it was very easy to install. I checked and every single one of the applications works perfectly! My knowledge in the computers' department is between minimum and nonexistent, so if I had no problems installing it, I'm convinced that nobody should face any problems. I would warmly recommend it to anybody! (I already have to most of my acquaintances :) ) Thank you for being so fast and efficient!

Very good produ9
Be patient when loading. My PC stopped and when re started continued from where it left off. As it says in the instructions make sure previous word products are removed.

MS Office 16
Not a lot to say about it really, excellent value for money, has all the necessary Apps for the office. Can't beat the price. An improvement on Office 2007 which I have been using for years.

Bought it, downloaded it, set it up and even got confirmation by post - recorded. As described. I have bought two of them. Brilliant.

Office 2016 install
All worked as expected. Easy to download and install. As this was an upgrade to version 2007 found it easy to use. Make sure you keep the downloaded exe file in case you need to reinstall the application. The key only works once on the download site.
