Messy to use but excellent coffee
If you are a dedicated coffee person , this machine makes great coffee. Unfortunately, it is quite messy. The condensation seeps into the grinder mechanism and results in a need for a complete and total clean out /wash up with every use. I was somewhat used to this since we have had the larger grind n brew for years. That being said , it makes legit coffee, and I had forgotten how GOOD it is ( after using a Keurig for years) . Don’t use more than 5 or so scoops of beans or it will clog the chute and you will get nothing but brown coffee water. It took me about a week of experimentation to get the hang of it ,but now I am hooked!

Not as convenient as a Keurig.
We wanted to replace our Keurig but wanted to move away from the plastic containers. Unfortunately, this doesn’t do the trick. It’s not as convenient as a Keurig and you have to use filters every time. You can avoid this by buying the additional Golden Filter. Maybe if I did that I would feel different. But the thing that got me is that you have to clean the grinder AND the filter bin every time. I kept forgetting to change out the paper filter, and it was chaos.

One cup wonder.
Would work great if you want one cup and only one cup of fresh ground coffee. Making a second cup requires that you clean and thoroughly dry the grinder assembly, otherwise it clogs up and makes a big mess but no coffee.

Compact version of grind & brew
This Cuisinart works as expected. I own the 12 cup version. The parts are NOT interchangeable. Brews a great cup of coffee, but don't expect to brew another one right away, due to the dismantling and cleaning. That's what the 12 cup brewer is for.

Love it. Worth it. Would repurchase
I love this coffee maker. It grinds and brews 1 cup of coffee at a time. (Up to 16 oz and I am the only coffee drinker at home). It will also just brew if your coffee is already grinded. Easy to use, doesn't take much room on your counter. This is my second time purchasing this maker. ( Unfortunately it is made with plastic, so plastic breaks. The cover that goes on grinder broke on my first one.) Also this coffee maker is unique in price and size. I have not found a coffee maker that grinds and brews for this price range (less than $50).

Broken top but fantastic one cup
Best single cup coffee maker ever theyve been discontinued so almost impossible to find good used/refurbished one. Why I gave it three stars the snap lid on top on one side is broken but still works. Been looking for one since discontinued so Ive chosen not to return it

I love the option of grinding fresh into the basket or using pre ground beans.

Like new
I got a refurbished single cup Cuisinart coffee maker. It arrived today looks brand new great packaging. I’ve only tried one cup of coffee so far so good. Very happy with the product also I bought the warranty just in case I think that was like $4.99 or $5.99 I can’t remember

2nd purchase of this model
I love to mix my pre ground Coffees so not using the grinder I also use no. 2 paper filters The issue is with steam clouding up the see through top & grinder cover With this new one I am drying the moisture from the top cover I like like the replacement water filters & order from amazon This product is no longer being manufactured
