Good Console if you Cannot buy a PS5
Once I made the switch from my regular PS4 to a PS4 PRO I immediately noticed enhanced graphics in some major games like Red Dead Redemption 2. Even games that are not 4K seem to have gotten an upgrade. The HDR is excellent and I do notice slightly faster loading times than a regular PS4. However, be advised that although the PS4 PRO supports 4K content, it does NOT play 4K Ultra HD discs. It appears that the developers were too cheap to include a 4K player despite the price. I was disappointed when I discovered this lack of support by trying to load a 4K movie disc. Still, it does support 4K resolution for all streaming services and games that are in 4K. Honestly, I bought it because I could not get a PS5. I feel it is half way between an old regular PS4 and a brand new PS5. Good value overall, but with a 4K player it would have been excellent.

Good product
Works as expected. I cut back 2 stars since it won't work with any Universal remotes except the official PS4 remote, which pales a bit compared to Logitech and some others. Also loading games often leases to multi-hour waits for "updates.". So, loosely put, when you bought the game it was unfinished, undertested, and apparently so broken that often you need to download "updates" the size of the entire game. Also, it won't play older PS games, which is a real slap in the face for those of us who like reliving our past games and enjoying a little nostalgia. Nope. Sony is forcing you to keep old equipment or rebuy games you already own instead of doing just a little customer service that would astronomically endear them to gamers. Sad. Like so many tech companies, they put short term fiscal goals ahead of long term customer satisfaction and loyalty which would solidify their bottom line significantly more. Short sighted and sad.

Unsatisfactory
Was not double boxed like the description said it would be, the package arrived at my house a complete mess, like it had been kicked all around the truck, then sat on. (that double boxing would have been nice). The controller was just loose in the box, not the console box, (the actual box it was packed in). The console itself has stains on it that I can’t see in the pics, and I can’t seem to remove them.. would have been nice to have that detail in the description..

A beast
This product is amazing when paired with a 4k game such as good of war or Spiderman it's a masterpiece. But now more 4k capable games are coming out making it worth it.

Awesome!!!
Awesome!!! Im a big fan of Xbox One X, and I have it too but I have to admit, this is a really nice looking machine, graphics are amazing, its dashboard is pretty intuitive. Im very exited with it! Recommended! AAA!!!

Worth the Upgrade!
The console works very well. Worth the graphical and hardware upgrade since working with the first iteration of the PlayStation 4. Only complaint, and it's very small, the HDMI cable cord didn't work. Easy fix since I had one from my previous PS4.

Was 100% percent functional but the fan ran at full speed as soon as you tried to play any game had to tear down and replace thermal paste and cleaned tons of dirt and smoker residue be wary of used consoles I would not buy another one
