Best Word Processor Out There!
WordPerfect is still the very best word processor out there! There is no substantial difference between X9 and the later 2020 - except price. And it is highly compatible with most every other product out there. Once you get used to "Reveal Codes" you'll wonder how you ever handled complex formatting without it! The deceptive marketing practices of Corel will not interfere with your enjoyment of an outstanding product.

Same great program as always.
Same great program that we have known for the last 30 years. :p I'm a lawyer, and I don't miss Microsoft Word at all. WP is easy to use, predictable, and it gives you a level of control that Microsoft doesn't dare to give you. A word processing program for adults. ** It would be great if Wordperfect had unicode support, though, so I could type foreign languages in the document itself. **

Works for me.
I began using WordPerfect 5.0 over 25 years ago because it could do everything and more than a print shop composing room. MS Word didn't have those capabilities. I continued with updated versions, X7, X8, and X9 to have a supported version. 5.0, 5.1 were very intuitive; allowing me to fine tune any aspect of a composition. I don't know enough of the X command structure to easily make such changes. For me it is a search procedure now rather than intuitively making a composing adjustment. I probably would have a similar experience if I attempted composing with MS Word, even more difficult, not being familiar with its GUI. I don't use the other parts of Office X9.

Great product. Very user friendly and better than EXCELL.
I use Quatro Pro more than any other part of the package. I use it a LOT and it is very reliable. I have used Quatro Pro for well over 20 years and Lotus 123 prior to that. Quatro Pro seems to put more on a printed page than EXCELL and allows much more flexibility and user control. I don't like EXCELL trying to push me into parameters. I like the fact that Quatro Pro allows me to set my own parameters and that it takes fewer keystrokes to accomplish what I need.

Best Software Available
I simply do not understand why anyone would use Word and Excel when there is such a better product available in Wordperfect.

Corel Wordperfect Office X9 successful upgrade for Windows 10
I have used Wordperfect products for many years. I needed to upgrade my package to use with my Windows 10 computer. Delighted that all old files trnsferred without problem.

Word Perfect - a great word processing program
I have used this product for years for it's database and have files that are 30 years old being able to open them and add to the database. This is a product that is functional and practical and compatible with earlier versions..

It works on Windows 10
I have used Quattro Pro for years and am glad I can continue to use that spreadsheet on Windows 10.
