Inspiring true Story
Had watched this movie before. Needed to see it again. Only problem with this movie is I wish it was longer. It is engaging, informative, and based on a true story. The characters do a great job in their roles. You forget they are acting. The story line is one that keeps your interest and makes you feel good by the end.

Realistic presentation of a young autistic woman's journey to impact humane treatment of animals.
This movie takes a lot of the mystery out of autism. It helps explain the needs and behaviors of children afflicted with this condition. It also demonstrates that these children have insights into nature not enjoyed by everyone. And it pointedly shows the beautiful positive contribution autistic children can make to society. Mainstream society that needs to be educated about people with autism, and this film does a good job in seeing to that. Temple Grandin could not be deterred from achieving her goal. And fortunately, through the support of her mother and other family members as well as those educators who loved her and saw her potential, she achieved remarkable success.

Temple Grandin DVD
I heard about Temple Grandin at a week long autism workshop this summer (2017) for teachers and teachers aides. I am a retired man who works with children (K - 6) on the autism spectrum as a resource teachers aide for reading, writing, and math. I love working with children with autism. I also have a high functioning grandson who is in the aspersers syndrome spectrum (which is a form of autism). I was pleased to see that there can be positive aspects associated with autism. I loved this DVD and would highly recommend it to anyone with autism in their life! Claire Dane's acting was superb. It was hard not to cry at certain parts of the DVD. If you want to see some short snippets from the DVD go to "YouTube" and look up "Temple Grandin". I will watch this DVD multiple times!

Fantastic story, great acting, true life is more amazing than fiction.
Temple Grandin is a FANTASTIC movie. Based on a true story that no one could have made up. Claire Danes does a great job portraying Ms. Grandin. No foul language, no sexual stuff (at least anything the kiddies would understand). I plan to watch it again and again.

Excellent Movie for Anyone
This is the 4th Temple Grandin DVD that I have purchased. I am an Special Education Autism teacher and recommend it to anyone. I have let so many friends borrow my DVDs and end up losing track of them and purchasing new ones.

True story amazing!
I knew I wanted this movie ive seen it before but I wanted to own it to watch again and again because its so inspiring! And Temples attitude towards animals raised for kill for our food source should be treated with RESPECT !!!

Great movie
This has to be one of the most interesting movies I have ever watched. I learned more about autism and slaughter houses than I ever learned in medical school. My wife and I watched this movie and when it was over, we looked at each other and immediately put the dvd back in and watched the movie again.

Well worth the watch
Great presentation of one woman's persistence and ability to self advocate. Excellent delivery and sound track to help audience empathize with the autistic community. Great story. Good conclusion.
