Recommend for getting back into shape
I started working out to this video a long time ago. I have gotten out of my groove recently, and I thought I would give this a whirl again. Both workouts on this video are very good starter workouts to get back into shape. I just wish I could get it on DVD. Luckily I still have a VCR that works! lol

Well rounded workout, like the music as well.
Had this tape years ago, like it as much today as I did before. Very good workout, focuses on the trouble areas.
