Exactly what I wanted!
I looked at and read reviews of a lot of large room air purifiers and decided on this one. It got here quickly and was well packaged so everything inside was in perfect condition. I set up both units in less than a couple of minutes and put them where I had planed. It was plug and play at it’s finest. We have one smoker, 2 cats and 2 small and 1 medium sized dog. We could tell the difference in the air quality in less than one half of an hour. We were both amazed at how well these units performed and wish we had done this much sooner. Oh,our allergies from outside air have all been almost nonexistent as well. Our home is surrounded by trees and plants even though we live in town. The Seller Communication was excellent and follow up communication after the sale was very reassuring and much appreciated. Great Product that will add comfort to your home as it humidifies and fragrences the air in your home.
The Rainmate is a great product to fragrance your home when used with essential oils. Additionally it will ad moisture to the air eliminating static when during the dry winters months air in your home. Let it fully air out for at least a week!
But you should warn customers of the horrible plastic smell of this unit! Both the purifier AND the filter frame seem to be made of the same smelly plastic and both are stored wrapped in closed plastic bags inside the packaging during storage and shipping. I don't know if the fumes are downright toxic, but I felt as if I had been poisoned! I felt faint and my lungs actually hurt. I had to immediately air the bedroom out with a large fan and lie down to recover. I moved the unit to our much larger living room, with all windows open, and have been running it at high fan speed for three days now --- the smell has finally improved, but traces of it are still there! At this rate, I will have used a good portion of the filter's life before I can even begin to use the purifier in our bedroom as intended. This thing could send small children or babies to the hospital! The factory needs to change the plastic formulation immediately and use breathable packaging! Great Product!!!

Pro and Con
Is it quiet? Well............. for some it may be a little noisey, but for some it may be quiet, just depends on your own hearing. It is a good value? If you are looking for a simple humidifier, then it fits the bill. If you are looking for a dust filter......... hmmmmmm.......... probably should look somewhere else. Does it perform well? Pricey But Effective
Took me a week to get used to the noise, but now it's hard to fall asleep without it. It sounds like a box fan on medium. I like the scents available and that it is a small humidifier. Great little air filter!
I’ve had a Rainmate filter for two years, I dropped the top and broke it, so I ordered this one from eBay. My original was directly from Rainbow, this one is virtually the same, this one is a little louder than my original Rainmate, but definitely not loud enough to keep me awake. Great deal! Happy so far
After seeing this product at a Rainbow demonstration my husband just had to have it. This is a good thing because he doesn't care for things like this, especially if there are scents. Noisy, but worth it!!
Love the unit. It's a bit too noisy for my liking though. That's the only negative. I'm breathing easier and the level of humidity is much better than it was before in my home. Would recommend this product for those with breathing issues.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Rainbow quality
