Patience and timing are key.
This model I bought does not have a psi gauge on it so it makes it a bit tricky to know when to open the valve. My main intention was for steaming milk but it takes a lot longer to gain the pressure to really steam a nice micro foam than I was anticipating. The espresso it produces isn't the best I've brewed either with other stove top or home espresso makers. Maybe it needs a little more tuning in and tweeting I just haven't gotten to the point of a great cup of cafe yet. Great Little Brewer on a Stove Burner
