Over priced paper weight!
My friend bought one and I thought it would be a good idea to buy one also so we could communicate. I thought the three channel Bluetooth would allow me to use my gps, phone and iPod simultaneously. The Bluetooth unit did not fit my current moment I ordered a new helmet designed for this Bluetooth! It was almost impossible to install in the new helmet and the quality of this Bluetooth is Poor that it is difficult for whoever you call to understand you. The Bluetooth is of poor quality and the helmet is also for quality with very little noise dampening. I bought the helmet and Bluetooth from two separate parties so I am stuck with this trash. Maybe I can find another sucker to sell it to!

Inoperable
As many other reviews suggest, the boom mic does not work in its current setup. The product is absolutely useless if using the mic. I would not recommend this product to anybody. Including the helmet it paired with. You will absolutely be disappointed with this product if you purchase it. Previously I bought a cheap headset for the helmet and Mike it cost me $50 significantly worked better than this product the only downside is the clip kept breaking that connected to the helmet because of the helmet is only built to be used with the Chatterbox. So I caved in and spent the extra money to buy The Chatterbox and as mentioned above, a complete disappointment!

Chatterbox XBI2-H Plus
Item was used but in like new condition. Installation was easy to my HJC Symax III Modular Helmet. After reading the instructions, i synced up to my Android Smart phone and tested music (Stereo was excellent). I then made an outgoing and incoming phone call and it worked great. As advertised, the music was shut off when the phone was answered or outgoing was initiated. I also synced with my Amateur Radio Kenwwood TH-D74A and checked out the HFP (Hands Free Protocol) on a local repeater and it worked great. I will test the wifi motorcycle to motorcycle when I get a chance after the snow melts. Excellent motorcycle helmet wifi communications device that is easy to install and easy to use.

Did not meet my expectations.
Has trouble keeping contact at the connection on the helmet. Sometimes one speaker goes off requiring a good deal of fiddling. Playing music sounds like a transistor radio. Bluetooth connection with an iPhone was easy and reliable. Have not used the communication feature. Bottom line, it’s better than nothing.

Easy to install and to use
This product was designed to fit my HJC helmet and it fit perfectly. Installing it in my helmet was easy and pairing it with my phone was straightforward. The sound quality could've been better nevertheless I am happy with my purchase!
