Piece of @#$%
I bought this scanner printer because it is the same one that I've used for years. However my old one would not print anymore. I was happy when this arrived and all seemed well. I gave my old one to Goodwill and the very next day I started having scanning issues (a big black bar across the scans which seems to be a much reported problem with these machines). I quickly tried to get my old scanner back from Goodwill but the reception people could not find it. I tried everything to make this new one work ok but it is a piece of @#$%. As a last resort I went back and shopped in the Goodwill store and found my old one for $20. I bought it and now use both. I use the old one for scanning and the new one for printing. Awesome printer

Worn out
The printer paper feed Jams about every 10th page. The ink carriage jams quite often. The printer bay is full of Ink residue. The card reader does not work, it has a short. Photos with white spots are where I cleaned some of the ink residue off, the white is actually Grey plastic
