The Logitech Z-2300 speakers work with desktop or laptop computers. This set of computer speakers is THX-certified and can be operated by a remote control. With the wired remote control, users of these Logitech speakers can easily manage volume levels for the master volume and subwoofer, power the speakers on or off, or put them into standby mode. The subwoofer alone promotes 120 watts of power, bringing the total wattage of the Logitech Z-2300 speakers up to 200 watts. Furthermore, any room in the home can be transformed into a dance club with the included 8-inch subwoofer. In addition, a flared bass port helps to prevent distortion on these computer speakers. The SoundTouch wired remote available with this set of Logitech speakers includes a jack for headphones. Additional features on these Logitech speakers include an SNR sensitivity of 100 dB at 1 kHz, a minimum frequency response of 35 Hz, and a maximum frequency response of 20 kHz.Product Identifiers

My 2nd set, 1st one still running great too
Bought my first set in 2005 brand new that is still running as good as the day I took it out of the box. Just picked up a "near new", used set here on Ebay. First set is still running like a champ 11 years later and I'm just as happy so far with the used set I just picked up for my work office. Currently running the work set directly from the headphone port on my smart phone. With proper speaker/sub placement (keep that sub out in open air and not under the desk) and tweaking down the output from the phone to eliminate too much gain from some source files, this is a pretty clean (and loud) sounding setup. It sounds really good and I just start laughing to myself out of joy sometimes when I crank it up. For a computer system it is really great. I've gotten a lot of compliments from passerby co-workers. It actually can't manage the midbass and bass load as well as my truck's system, but that is apples to oranges as the truck has a pretty decent and tuned SQL system with 2-12s. But I have turned this up when no one was around at work and I can get the bass funneling up the stairwell on the other side of the wall in my office. With this system you may notice quality issues when trying to run the source through your computer mic input then back out the speaker out. I tried this on my Dell docking station and the cheap electronics in there made a difference in quality opposed to running it directly to the speakers. However, I've never noticed sound degradation playing music files directly from my computer through the speakers at home. I highly recommend this, of course. I went out of my way to by a used discontinued model instead of one of the newer systems off the shelf. The quality has been outstanding for me and I didn't want to risk it. Tweak the speaker placement, the source input levels, and the bass adjustment on the wired remote. You'll have a fantastic sounding system.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Like new!
These are great 2:1 speakers that for some reason Logitech decided to stop making. When my left satellite speaker developed a buzz (after years of hard use) was delighted to find I could find a replacement on eBay. So much better than the stock Logitech speakers
I have had the z2300 for about 8 years and needed to replace the satellite speakers. Looking on ebay, I was a little leery about some random build speakers but decided to get these anyway. Let me tell you these are absolutely wonderful. If you had the same reservations as me about buying random ebay speakers, I just here to say that those fears are not needed. KICKS BUTT 200watts peak power!
I already have one its over 10 years old but my right speaker went out so I bought it for just that reason as my controller on off button works so I can always use mine on this one its no big deal . the sound is amazing it has load thundering base I am a DJ so I use my computer and the Logitech speakers and power sub. its as load as being in a dance club. Logitech z2300
Possibly the best 2.1 computer speaker system ever. Plays loud, with thumping bass. Only comparable system would be the Klipsch Promedia 2.1.I got the bass module and was in search of the satellites. Best Logitech computer system
