works well
I use the authenticator instead of authy or google authenticator, that way my two factor codes are not on the internet. The key can also be registered via fido2 / webauthn with some services such as google advanced protection as a means of logging into your account. Definitely worth it weight. Good product to have if security is of the uttermost importance to you
I don't trust SMS codes, they can be hijacked with the man-in-the-middle trick, soft tokens (google authenticator, 1pass, etc) do the trick and are used on a day to day basis, but what if you lose your phone? .. Good luck (don't trust either cloud-based 2FA backups either). This key is ideal as a last backup. Good product, does precisly what it claims.
Only drawback is the limited adoption and reservations imposed by certain applications that supports it. For instance, Google only supports it thru Chrome and Hotmail and Microsoft windows are yet to adopt it. Works great
