abs
The ab coaster is the same machine as what is found at my senior gym where I do weight training. It is well built and now I can use it twice a day instead of three times a week. I also like the fact that the arms are adjustable and for extra resistance you can add weights to it. it has made a big difference in my abs and to my husbands delight it has finally started to tone his. I would highly recommend it if you can afford it.

the best abs machine!
I am very happy with my new Ab Coaster CS1500. I had it in a gym I used to go to, and from all machines I have ever tried over years at many gyms this one was the easiest on my back. So, I decided to buy it for home. Well, I watched local Craigs list and went to see a few cheap home versions of this machine, which were uncomparable to this one. Don't waste your time and money, buy the commercial one. I found that if I relax and just go with the flow of the movement (I have weights on it), the momentum makes a fluid motion back and forth which exercises both butt and abs, and is easier to do than controlled "roll up and hold" as they say in the instructions.
