A multi Vitamin with extra punch!
The 50 Plus GNC vitamin has the highest potency of all multiple vitamins. If your looking for a quality product this is the one. Take two in the morning with food and your ready to attack the day. Good Multivitamins
The GNC Mega Men Multivitamin are some good multivitamins. They come in a proper package, with the described amount (did the count), and they have helped to maintain me during the day. There is some slight annoyance with the caplets and that is that they do make your urine green or in some type of that color. I have scratch that off as a side effect of the 2 caplets you have to take, like in my case I take them in the morning. It's from good quality and a recognized brand (GNC). Works where it has to

Mega Man Spoat STILL good
Besides the packaging changing a bit since the early 2000's this is still a good Multi-Vitamin. Before I started taking this, I would average 3-4 common colds per year!! And now I average a common cold about every 2.5 to 3 years! The energy I get is so god that I haven't needed coffee in years! And I can still sleep at night with these.
