Thanks to Corner Port Technology, the port tube is unusually long and straight, avoiding the turbulence that can cause noise and distortion. The result is an unusually deep bass from a relatively small cabinet. The digital user interface offers three user adjustable presets - movie, music, and night - and three equalization modes - depth, flat, and punch - to make it easy to set a range of listening preferences. The Klipsch RW-12D was a good find for a good price! If you can grab two for 2.2... DO IT!
This purchase makes two RW-12D's for my two Klipsch RB-81 II bookshelf speakers, which are powered by a mint Yamaha MX-1000 amp and pre/pro out from a Creative SB ZxR from my PC.
