wow!
i was blown away at the intense emotions and sincerity of the characters, specifically the mother. I generally dislike any Japanese animation except Miyazaki films but I will add many of this directors movies to my collection. It's enough to make kids laugh, mothers cry and confused teenage love to become more apparent to all.

The child-raising concerns of a mother with the cutest little were-wolves!
Wolf Children, while distantly related to the werewolf legend, follows no formula, and is a uniquely original story. It follows what might be the usual parental child-raising concerns, except her kids are part wolf! Masakatsu's fine musical score reinforces the somewhat melancholy emotional tone of the film, which nevertheless has comedic moments, as when the irrepressible kids can't help breaking out into their wolf natures. The drawing of the characters is highly expressive, and the background art is astonishing, such as when their house is shown during a rainstorm. The film engages the age-old Japanese cultural heritage of visual art and literary legend to render a fine new variation.

Highly Recommended.
It has been a while since I have seen this. It is very good. Kind of a tragic beginning but builds an amazing plot and character development. The ending is bittersweet. Overall an excellent movie would recommend to everyone that isnt a single minded snowflake or a trump supporter

This movie is inspiring
This movie made me cry so much even though in the movie Ame & Yuki are wolf children in the real life world there are people just like them with children that have mental disorders struggling to make ends meet often times one of the parents would walk out and leave the other parent with that child in this case though the father passed away but there are cases like that worldwide and they're so heartbreaking anyways I definitely love this movie and I'll try to watch it everyday if I can!

Wolf Children is a great movie
This is one of the best anime movies I've ever seen. I own and enjoy a collection of Miyazaki movies but this movie is better than nearly all of them. I also like that the movie began in English without having to hunt in menus for the English dub option. The English voice acting is well done and the characters feel realistic and engaging throughout.

Excellent anime for everyone
Thank you for fulfilling one of my hopes with this movie. I first saw this in Japan and i have been on the hunt since. I got it yesterday 9/29 and we have watched it 4 times. Thank you

Amazing Film!!!
I absolutely LOVE this movie. It is amazing. The animation is beautiful and the story is great. I would HIGHLY suggest any anime lover this movie.
