The Samick Recurve limbs are made with a hard maple core and black fiberglass for reliable flexibility and long life. The draw weight can be anywhere from 25 lbs. up to 60 lbs. with a 28-inch draw length. The overall height can be up to 62 inches. The limbs are replaceable, making it the ideal bow for beginners and experienced archers. AMO brass bushings and plungers help keep your shot stable and increase the accuracy of your aim. These bows are versatile whether you shoot off the shelf or use an elevated riser. The use of fiberglass, olivewood, and maple reduce muscle fatigue during practice, tournaments, and hunting. The limbs are interchangeable with a no tool takedown. The bolts are textured for a tight grip. This reduces wear and tear on parts and reduces strain on your string and limbs. The Samick Sage fits most sizes and works well with the Sage Hunting Kit. This will mount to most Sage recurves with threaded bushings for sight and rest. The capture rest helps to prevent accidentally dropping the arrow and has a five-pin site. Stringing your bows without a stringer can void most warranties. Reinforced limb tips help prevent damages to the end of the bow and keep it from chipping or splitting. The phenolic material allows for Fast Flight string capability for your recurve bow. Samick produces both left-handed and right-handed recurves. Many of these recurves are ambidextrous. It is important to understand which one is your draw hand when purchasing your new bow. Great all around bow.
The Samick sage is a great all around bow for the price. The reason for the four star review is the minor flaws. First the limbs on the three Sage bows I have are about five to ten pounds over their stated value. The Samick Polaris I have has the correct stated limb value. I have several Fred Bear bows from the sixties and seventies and even as old as they are the limb values are dead on. Since I have the Fred Bear bows to compare to here are the differences. The Samick Sage riser is heavier but that helps in the stability of the bow and overall strength of the bow. The limbs on the Samick tend to stack after twenty inches of draw and the weight of the limbs will increase significantly. The reason this is a issue is your arrows must have the correct spine for the draw weight of the bow. Therefore, if you have a longer draw get a bow scale and measure the draw weight for your length of pull. Finally, the resale of these bows is not very high. The pluses are this bow is a work horse and my go to bow if I were to hunt and not worry about ruining the finish of my bow this is the one to use. Furthermore, with the Sage you have the option of changing limbs once you get used to shooting. In addition, the option of having a fast flight string is very nice and since it is made of modern materials I suspect this bow will last a life time. Great product, but not great extras.
This bow is the best one out there for the price, in my opinion. It looks and shoots great. The bag and stringer are also good quality, but the bracer I got was not the one in this picture. It was a very tiny piece of rubber that my son and I laughed at and then immediately discarded. The site was tiny and cheap so I tossed that as well. I would recommend to anyone out there to get the package with a bow, stringer, and bag, but buy the bracer and site separate, which I did with my son's bow a week later.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Low Price High Quality
This is a sweet pulling, fast shooting, recurve bow that is easy to tune shooting off the shelf or a rest. I would compare this takedown recurve bow to the $500 price range of the big name competitors. affordable start-up recurve
