Nice upgrade. Expect to calibrate colors
Worked on my t420s. Got a LCD display B140HAN01.3 to go with the interface. The installation went ok, but had to re-wrap the cable connector at the interface end because it was taking too much space, pushing the interface sideways (right) as well as the flat cable. Also one detail, you should expect to have to do a display color calibration. In conclusion, it works well.

Fantastic upgrade
Seller shipped this quickly, and it was well packaged and protected. Installation was straightforward (well -- as straightforward as laptop surgery can be), and the new screen I bought alongside this device is a massive upgrade over the old TN panel. Massively recommended for giving your old T430s a breath of life (or -- in my case -- for building an excellent laptop out of mostly second hand parts).
