Great Recipes for Delicious Uncomplicated Dining
Great Florida (or other tropical area) recipes from an accomplished Fort Lauderdale chef who also has a cooking school there. This is our second copy of this cookbook so we have one on our boat!

He is amazing,
I have learned more from him over a year on YouTube then I have studying for over 30 years! He breaks it down and makes amazing food believe me I’ve tried a lot of his recipes.
