2nd purchase
this product is good but, I fried my first one because of lack of proper manual. it comes with the ar7200bx manual I am totally confused on the workings it must have the same set up and parameters menu. I had to do a lot of looking and reading to get the info I now have. if you use the external power bus and switch you need an external voltage regulator not going thru the esc will nuke it as soon as you hit the external switch. not warrantee for operator error so 139.00 up in smoke learning curve hurts sometimes. have yet to get it airborne, but if it is as good as the ar7200 then it will be a good one.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Read the manual
It's been said many times, but read the manual so you understand what you're doing and you understand the terms being used. Once you have done that, then very carefully and methodically, go through setup. You should have your head setup beforehand (servo arms 90 degrees, level swash, etc.) and things will go quite smoothly. Once you've successfully gone through setup a few times, it becomes easy. Excellent flybarless controller for the money
The AR7200Bx is reliable, easy to setup, and perfectly suited to my scale/sport flying. I have this unit in my 300, 450, and (with this purchase) 500 RC helis. Although used, it has worked perfectly after over a dozen flights. The AR7200Bx is/was a no-frills, but very adequate, inexpensive FBL controller. A shame Spektrum has ceased making them. unit's performance
this is the receiver/gyro combination everyone should use on a flybarless heli. it's easy to set up and very reliable. even though the price is ~ 3 times more than the cheap "knock offs", it is well worth the extra$.spektrum has always had exellent tech support,and service (if you ever need it),try and get that from the ones across either pond!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Very simple
I won't ever run anything but beastx in my helicopters. If you use spektrum products and you fly flybarless helicopters then this is the perfect unit for you. Very simple and precise and you can program it on the unit itself using the button on the unit and your transmitter. Great flybarless controller
