  Amazing experience with this seller. I had several questions since I was nervous about ordering a guitar from Japan to USA. They always responded within several hours. I made my order on March 8th, and it was shipped out on March 12th from Japan. It was delivered to me in Chicago on March 14th. This seller uses an expedited high speed shipping through FedEx. I was very impressed. Item was carefully packaged with bubble wrap. Comes with a warranty card, and was in perfect condition. Amazing price

  This was a discontinued item, but seller had a new one still in the box. The price was much lower than the manufacturer's original price. I'm very impressed that the seller, being in Japan, was able to get this item to me, in the United States, in almost a week. Also, it was very carefully packaged, so it arrived in like-new condition. That was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.

  The seller gets 5-stars. Shipping, packing and communication are above and beyond. Unfortunately my watch came dead on arrival with a stuck Day hand. The seller made some good suggestions but the watch still had issues so the seller agrees to a return and supplied me with a FedEx label. Truly a wonderful process and this seller is highly recommended. 5-stars and above.

Orologio nuovo di fabbrica, perfettamente imballato, spedito e recapitato da FedEx (in anticipo sul previsto). Valore sicuro. Esteticamente bello, come tutti quelli della serie.   Very good product as expected from Roland. The seller was very good in answering questions and the item well priced. I was very disappointed in the item sitting at the shop for 14 days before being collected by courier and it was only picked up after I emailed asking what was happening. It seemed as though the item was forgotten about and I got some feeble excuse trying to make them look not at fault, he would have been better off apologising. The postage once collected was very fast.
