  I have ordered from Calloway pre owned before and it was a positive experience. They came thru again. Club is probably better than described. I will know more more tomorrow when I try it out. Fast shipping. Good packaging, good communication and price. I will not hesitant to order from them again! Thank you!

  Item was exactly as described, as always from Callaway Pre-owned. Also, as always, packed well and shipped quickly. Most reliable place on eBay for used and pre-owned golf clubs. Bar none. And great prices. My only small critique is that they use stock pictures for everything. This isn’t a problem for me because I’ve shopped with them a lot and know the clubs will be as described - often even better. But first-time potential buyers might be put off by not getting to see the actual item.

  Took a week before it was shipped, completely redundant and unhelpful communication ignoring every question i had as to why and got zero replies until almost a week after... but excellent condition club and price as usual. Also sent UPS so it actually got here on time. Great club, i hope the service was just a fluke and not going to be the norm... long time buyer that remembers Callaway Preowned as the best of the best by far, sad to see that change.

  So I gave 4 for shipping. Only because the item was bought on a Friday but not picked up for shipping till Monday. After contacting the seller. They advised me there were no pickups after noon Friday nor the weekend. My advice, if you want your item in less than 4 days. Buy it Monday through Thursday. Seller was responsive with answers. Item was as advertised.

  I received 7 out of my 8 clubs promptly . I did not receive my AW wedge. They did supply a number to call, Upon calling I explain how the club was not received. They looked it up in their computer and I was told they were out of stock. They offer for me to pick a different wedge to replace the one I didn't receive. The clubs were as described in the listing as Averege. The Callaway/Rogue label on the back of the club showed more wear than I thought they would. Overall I think they will be good

  great ebay experience. A little slow to ship, but other than that, very good. No pictures, so went on blind faith that the description was accurate. Was accurate. Good value. Packaging was sufficient.
