  I haven't used the battery yet, however, it looks of good quality, it was dispatched very quickly, YODEL delivered the next day (on a Saturday) and it was packaged well. The seller answered my questions promptly and if it lasts a few years it represents good value for money.

  I purchased this golf trolley battery as mine had died. I contacted the company by email to confirm that it was the right battery for my pro-rider trolley. Within an hour they had replied to confirm that it was. It was delivered in two days and is charged and working. Excellent service

  The item was 1st class as described by seller. The courier service provide by YODEL was anything but 1st class. I was at home throughout their delivery window and midway through I got a text with a picture claiming 'DELIVERED' It wasn't and I checked all the flats on my level , plus those one floor above and one floor below. No parcel at any door. The picture was such that only the parcel was visible and the snap could have been taken anywhere, Then amazingly, it appeared next day.

  The service, packaging and delivery were all excellent. Sadly I was given wrong information by my brother and the battery did not fit his golf trolley. But the Seller accepted the return and everything was done smoothly via Evri pick up in their locality and the refund came through very quickly. So all good. Thank you.

  Well packaged, item as described. Information on delivery was a bit vague, had to contact seller to find out where my item was, courier failed to leave a card telling me it had been left with a neighbour. Maybe don't use Yodel next time?
