  This was exactly what I needed and they work really well! The item was as described , was well packed and arrived safely. Considering these pads came from Germany, the shipping cost was fine. I gave them them 3 stars for communication, because there was no real communication from them. This should not be taken as a bad mark against this seller; most sellers never communicate at all. The question is rather meaningless.

  Very happy with this purchase. Items shipped from Germany to the U.S. in a reasonable amount of time and arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Would happily purchase from the seller again and would also happily recommend as reliable and trustworthy.
