  Hola !! Gran esmero por parte de Emporium Hamburg , en cuanto a la calidad del producto y ayuda en el seguimiento!! Pero pésimo servicio de paquetería , ya sea fallo de la empresa o del repartidor; pues no sirvieron el paquete al domicilio marcado , si no que lo dejaron irresponsablemente olvidado y sin noticias de él en otro destino desconocido . Gracias Emporium por su gran esmero en recuperar con éxito el paquete.

  This seller is highly professional and took care of a nasty problem concerning a shipping problem that was not the sellers fault. Another buyer received my package and i received his. However, I'm pleased to say that the seller did everything possible to rectify this as fast as possible and when I evernttually received such a beautiful medal I have to give 5 stars to this seller for the quality of the product and the service I received.. Great job!

  Purchased Dec 4 it was shipped Dec 9. The vendor told me its deal was problematic due to the holiday I asked for a refund the he contacted DHL which final got the package moving out of Germany in January. I received it today January 18 36$ to ship 3.5 gram coin , the coin is great and fairly priced the shipping experienced was unbelievable. I had purchased a coin from Germany on Dec 20 which was shipped water post it arrived Jan 4 so I would say I am disappointed with DHL Germany
