  The item got unglued as soon as I took it out of the parcel. I contacted the Company and they were super accommodating and professional. They offered me a full refund (that meant sending back the item) or a partial one. Because I liked the item very much I accepted a partial refund with which I bought a proper glue to fix it. They sent me the partial refund straight away. This is what I called a perfect Customer Service. Fantastic

  I am so impressed how well my order was packaged in a box that fits through a door letterbox which means no need to worry about missing the delivery (photo attached). I'm also happy with the quality of the evil eye charms. Arrived undamaged. Amazing shop!

  Returned an item because the wrong colour was sent. Only received half of what I paid for it. The item was sent back in its original condition. Seller hasn't replied after numerous messages sent to explain why I only received half the cost. Really disappointing. Will not buy from this seller again.
