  The original item arrived quickly and was well packaged. However, the Funko pop was damaged (Licht Sword/Hand was broken off). Contacted the seller, and they quickly advised that a new Funko would be shipped. The seller is polite and responds quickly. The new Funko Pop arrived within days, well packaged. The quality of the item is excellent. The value for the item is a win. The funko appearance is in mint condition. I am super happy with my purchase and I recommend this shop 💯

  The item itself was n excellent condition and as advertised. However, the shipping box was infested with ants. It looked like there was some type of crumbs or residue in two of the corners. **I don’t blame the seller at all.** There is no way to know when or how it got there or when/how/where the ants got in along the way - it could’ve happened at any point in transit. Fortunately, the Funko itself was packaged well so nothing affected it.
