    End cutters arrived in 9 days. Not bad from Germany to Illinois. Arrived undamaged, well packaged. Brand new as described. Am happy with my purchase. Definitely a quality product and seems they will last. Price was better than locally, but all out of stock.

    As advertised, brand new? Knipex plier in a plastic bag. Usually sent in the US in a separate box but this how I received mine from this vendor in past. I received this plier 14 days after purchase--it is a downside of ordering from Europe to the US when the item is sent USPS. The advantage was a very good price. Would consider future business with the vendor.

    Items arrived in good order and as described. The items were probably on back order because it took about 2 weeks before the tracking info appeared. An additional two weeks to get here. Not too bad and understandable. One notification would have been nice, though.
