I ordered the wrong book at first but instead of just sending the book the guy actually got in touch with me to ask if it was wrong and suggested another book to see if that was what I wanted, Great customer service great value for money great quality great condition would definitely use this seller again

  A++ seller, the quality is very good its exactly as described in new condition and bound very well, good value for money, very good appearance, will definitely use this seller again if we need anything else. Had to contact seller and they were very helpful, it did turn up late but that was out of sellers control it was royal mail that let the seller down a little bit. 👍

  In my haste I incorrectly only ordered the Service manual. Rather than just send this item (which would have been correct) the seller went to the trouble of contacting me to clarify what I required. They tried to contact me through ebay, by telephone and by text message during the day and were VERY helpful in ensuring that my second order (for the Owners Manual) was done by me correctly and confirmed this by text message very promptly. I am very grateful for their help and support

  What a great find as you don't get a owners manual any more. I would highly recommend this seller great quality hand book very clear print a bound together neatly a lot better than looking at a pdf on your phone. Had great communication as I ordered a service manual by mistake the seller contacted me to make sure I ordered the correct thing they credited my account then sent the correct manual What a service many would of just sent What you ordered so I would highly recommend this seller .

  Absolutely brilliant service from this company. They even called me to check I'd ordered the right thing (which I hadn't 🙈) quickly and efficiently rectified. Received in 2 days. Fantastic product, fits easily in glove box. Fills a great gap in the markets now cars don't have a manual!!!!

  Absolutely brilliant service, wrong manual sent in error, notified them and asked to return it. Returned as requested, then contacted by then to tell me they would be replacing the manual ASAP. Couldn't wish for a better service. Absolutely brilliant, good quality reprint. Would definitely recommend 👍
