  Seller rang to tell me the company their courier did not deliver to my area. I suggested another way to get my goods this was accepted and goods arrived very well packaged and with superb extra insulation to travel to me. Was very impressed the way it was handled. Would recommend this seller to anyone. Item I bought was very good value too.

  This is a very positive tale of a great customer experience An issue with incorrect details on the site meant the monitor that arrived was not as ordered; however, this was soon rectified with the offer of alternatives and other valid options. I chose to return the monitor which was replaced in very good time. I was most impressed with the ease that I was able to speak with the company and not being fobbed off. I thank them and commend them for their great service and customer skills.

  Well packaged, arrived in good time, I could not get the keyboard to work, contacted the seller, remedy suggested which did not work, replacement keyboard sent out straight away which has worked fine. Excellent customer service, would recommend & would buy from seller again.
