    The seller is very honest and he explained to me that there was a customs issue with getting these products over to the United States from Italy and you would have to give me a refund which he did. Well I might be a bit disappointed, but I could not get the parts. I respect someone like this who has integrity and not every seller does on eBay so I would definitely buy from him again if customs opened up to sending things all away again.
