  Bought a emerald pendant, unfortunately the pendant was already sold. The seller kindly messaged me and and said they can make me another one exactly as the one I set my eye's on. They made it very swiftly, they communicated promptly when asked questions. There customer service was excellent. I am very happy with my piece, great value for what I paid, quality exceeded my expectations, condition excellent. Great appearance.   I received the wrong earrings, not what I ordered. There was a question about sending a photo in order to receive a return label. The seller wouldn't send one until e-bay agreed. Since I didn't know how to send a photo I couldn't finish filling out the return information. I had to send the package back paying the postage which was $15.00. I'm still waiting for a refund. I'm not a very happy customer.
