  I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas - 10 Snowman bath bombs, shown in the picture in a nice christmasy box. However, they arrived in the post loose in a cardboard box. I was very disappointed. Have tried to get intouch with the seller but they have not responded.

  Ordered and unfortunately when turned up even though was in a big box with packaging the lid was smashed so couldn't use, contacted seller and after sending them a photo to prove they sent another one out straight away and received within a couple of days, good customer service and would buy from again.

  Fast dispatch and good communication Sadly the courier delivered this late and the box damaged. Seller rected quickly to sort. The jigsaw itself was new, in good condition. A great price, reasonable quality. Would buy again from this seller and recommend them. Thanks

  Arrived on date stated, BUT not a twin pack, only one item of two. Contacted seller and they took a few days to investigate, I had to remind they of my address, but in the end it was resolved and sent out a replacement. Good Ebayer A+
