  I purchased the Elvira Cardboard Cutout and here was my experience: When my purchase arrived the box it was in was in bad shape and almost completely opened. The piece inside was damaged. I reached out to customer service and the person I was communicating with was very helpful and quick to respond! They offered me a replacement piece, and that arrived today VERY QUICKLY and in perfect shape! I believe my first experience was not their fault at all. I would buy from them again! 10/10
