    Never arrived! Seller uses Amazon dispatch service. Amazon tracking said the package was not deliverable from their warehouse, but no explanation was given. I asked the seller what had happened to my order, seller was unaware but said they would let me know. No further communication. Received a refund, despite saying I wanted the shoes. Have re-ordered, hopefully better luck this time.

    These boots arrived with marks all over them. I contacted the Seller who requested photos & then fully refunded the cost of the boots. I can't fault how quickly they dealt with the matter or the result. Was impressed by their customer service.

    Goods okay, having uk size 13 feet can sometimes present problems sourcing suitable slippers. Delivery was via Collect+ at Lichfield CO-OP. That was the only problem. Having received sms text and email to say the goods had arrived at the Lichfield CO-OP in Boley Park Lichfield I went to collect , the customer services staff could not at first find them. Someone in the company had placed my package which had only just very recently arrived amongst a pile of items for returns.
