    The eBay advert clearly said this was an inner tube and Tyre.suitable for an electric scooter L20. When the item arrived it was only an inner tube and no tyre.so I feel I was misled by the advertising. Certainly it was very misleading and should In the circumstances be honoured. I did speak to the seller who was very pleasant and I'm Sure he. realised it was poorly and incorrectly worded but he did not agree to send me a tyre when onewas in stock which I think In the circumstances He should

    Customer purchased an inner tube, the drop down menu shows that the tyre and tube was not in stock and only the inner tube was in stock... spoke to the customer for 20 mins explaining this is what they had purchased and that the web design of ebay is not something i have control over. I Also said I was more than happy to send out the tyre, for the difference in price when it was back in stock. Now we have this negative feedback for something that is not our fault.

    Not good unfortunately. Was sent a bigger tyres for my scooter and the person who I messaged was not very interested in the mistake made quite nasty message back, but I have just risen above it and I am the better person for it. Everyone has bad days but costumer service surely has to be important.
