  Wrong item received, contacted seller who advised they were out of stock so sent a "similar item" - unfortunately I don't like the similar item. Seller offered an immediate refund and return postage label to send back, so good customer service. Feedback to seller: don't send out an alternative, check with buyer first so see what they want to do, this would also save costs on return :)

  Thanks for the great service - prompt dispatch and arrived 3 days ahead of expected date. Not much you can say about a pair of boot laces, but the boots are all laced up and ready to go!!

  Took a while to arrive , dispatched in time so delivery service rather than the seller . Did report them not arriving on date and did get reply from seller Laces fitted and seem to be ok
